Conditions of granting warranty

Check-up visits at least once every 6 months or according to an individually established schedule - treatment plan.
Adherence to recommendations and guidelines from doctors and hygienists
Hygiene procedures at least once every six months or according to an individually established schedule

Warranty duration

Filling 1 year
Dentures 1 year
Ceramic crowns and bridges 2 years
ONLAY/INLAY 2 years
Prosthetic work on implants 2 years
Implants 10 years
Elements of removable braces and removable braces 3 months

The warranty does not cover

  • Works in which the Patient was informed about the limited warranty or its absence
  • Fillings, under excessive loads resulting from, among others, tooth deficiencies or bruxism
  • Temporary crowns and bridges
  • All prosthetic repairs except for warranty repairs
  • Immediate dentures
  • Supplementing denture plates due to substrate atrophy
  • Metal elements bent and deformed by the Patient in skeletal and settling dentures

Damages resulting from are not covered by the warranty.

  • Not adhering to check-up visits every 6 months
  • Inadequate oral hygiene
  • Unfortunate accidents or mechanical damages
  • Existing diseases or conditions that adversely affect the state of the patient's oral cavity
  • Natural aging processes of the body (including bone loss, prosthetic base)
  • Inflammatory changes in the periodontium
  • Using prosthetic work and retention devices in a way other than recommended by the doctor
  • Mechanical damage to prosthetic work occurred outside the oral cavity
  • Repairs of prosthetic works made in other facilities
  • Repairs made independently by the patient or other unauthorized persons
